The alcohol-free formula with 1% of AC.NET™ (Oleanolic Acid + NDGA) fights abnormal sebum production, controls the growth of cells, reduces inflammation and minimize pore size. The deep moisturizing plant and algae extract helps hydrate, soothes and lightening the skin. Regular use of toner will leave skin refresh, radiant and healthy.
